RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You are entitled to a return or exchange within 20 days of receipt if you meet the requirements below:
- Item in original condition, including unworn and unwashed.
Extra care should be taken when trying on the swimsuit/bikini, make sure it is tried on over your own underwear and make sure you don't wear makeup, perfume or deodorant that could leave a scent or mark. We may refuse to return items where it is clear that the item has been used or not cared for. Swimwear must be returned clean and with the protective hygiene strip and tags in place.
- Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and tax.
Any loss or damage in transit is the responsibility of the customer, so please be sure to keep a record of your tracking number for reference.
Refund Payments:
Refunds will be processed in the method as the original payment after we receive the return package. Notification email will be sent at the time of this transaction.
